The year-long evolving menu celebrating the harvest of each season is known for using cooking techniques such as wood-fire grilling, brick-oven cooking and roasting that ensure flavorful, healthful fare. Waist-watchers will appreciate that every dish contains no more than 475 calories, and that includes the restaurant's winning Mini Indulgence desserts.
Menu features include signature flatbreads such as Steak and Cremini Mushroom and Spicy wow gold Chipotle Shrimp. Entrees vary by season and will include Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon, Seasonal Vegetarian Tasting and Grilled Filet Mignon - all with harvest accompaniments. The Living Wall, which can be seen from Santa Monica Boulevard, is 112 feet of aesthetically pleasing biodiversity composed of 36 wall modules of dense, shade tolerant plants, ground covers, aromatic herbs, ferns and grasses. The Chef's Garden is contained in an indoor glass-walled space and will showcase 140 plants including a dozen types of herbs. The Herb Garden is contained in long narrow planters and will grow Italian parsley, spearmint, chocolate mint, Italian, Opal, Thai basil and more.
